Oohlu is an eCommerce empowerment startup based just outside of Nashville, TN. How do I see previous orders with Oohlu?


All previous orders will be saved in your account page.




How do I initiate returns?


Oohlu does not offer any returns at this time.




How do I track my order?


Typically orders ship in 7- 10 days from day we receive them. For tracking please contact support@oohlu.com




How long does it take to recieve my order?


You should receive your order within 7 - 10 days. If have not received after 10 days, please contact our team.




How can I track my payments and orders?


After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from shipping provider.




What payment methods are available?


At the moment, we accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.




How do I cancel a order, I have placed?


You can cancel your order before it has been packed at our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.
